General Practitioner (Panel) Medical Superintendent Kirkcaldy, District Joint Infectious Diseases Hospital Medical Officer Dysart Union, Thornton. I was appointed resident Tuberculosis Officer for Fife board in March 1915, and have to give up General Practice as it is impossible to dispose of a practice; in the meantime, the Fife County Council, permitted me to do as much tuberculosis work as possible giving me part time salary.
