Scottish Medical Service Emergency Committee, I am prepared to render the service
or services marked above. This offer is subject to the condition that, in the event
of such service requiring me to leave my present work, I am enabled to make
arrangements for having it carried in during my absence.

I am present giving anaesthetics and have for the past year, at Springburn Red Cross Hospital. Am married and have one child. Have a lease of my house. If my services as an anaesthetist [underlined] are urgently required and if a reasonable financial position is guaranteed in view of the above responsibilities, I am quite willing to offer my services.
