Scottish Medical Service Emergency Committee, I am prepared to render the service
or services marked above. This offer is subject to the condition that, in the event
of such service requiring me to leave my present work, I am enabled to make
arrangements for having it carried in during my absence.

Comment next to Group C: part time work, for which I am fit and competent in the district where my home is. Comment at end: I could not undertake general practice - I am not a surgeon. I have offered my part time services to the Hawkhead Asylum and also the Red Cross Hospital in this neighbourhood and my application has been noted but no call has yet been received by me.
