General Practitioner (Panel) Medical Superintendent Kirkcaldy, District Joint Infectious Diseases Hospital Medical Officer Dysart Union, Thornton. I was appointed resident Tuberculosis Officer for Fife board in March 1915, and have to give up General Practice as it is impossible to dispose of a practice; in the meantime, the Fife County Council, permitted me to do as much tuberculosis work as possible giving me part time salary.
At the call of the local War Committee for my area, as instructed by the
Scottish Medical Service Emergency Committee, I am prepared to render the service
or services marked above. This offer is subject to the condition that, in the event
of such service requiring me to leave my present work, I am enabled to make
arrangements for having it carried in during my absence.
