Scottish Medical Service Emergency Committee, I am prepared to render the service
or services marked above. This offer is subject to the condition that, in the event
of such service requiring me to leave my present work, I am enabled to make
arrangements for having it carried in during my absence.

[Note] As my day is fully occupied with General Practice, Dispensary Maternity work and teaching, I have agreed to taken own the vaccination class to liberate present holder and assisting several practitioners already serving I am only willing to go when it is absolutely necessary as I am already serving by acting as medical officer to Marchhall Auxiliary Hospital (38 Beds).
